Ideal of Med
Have you ever looked back and thought at what time I became this person? Well, this is happening to me, I don't know if you know, but last year I turned 30! Some people would say it is just a number, but I am not lying when I say that I think it is a big number. So yes, with this age I have started to focus and worry about things I wouldn’t think of when I was in my 20s.
One of the things is my hair, and if you know or follow me on IG you probably would say there is nothing wrong with my hair as I personally think I am lucky to have my dad’s genes and have a full head of hair. But with time it has started to lose the strength that it used to have.
When Ideal of Med got in contact with me, I thought this would be the perfect product to share with you if you are around my age or if you want to improve your hair. Based in Turkey, they have developed a line of products that deal with hair loss holistically.
I got to try the Hair Vitalisation Box, and I want to say that I speak from my experience here which can be different from other personal experience with any hair restoring products

Hair Vitamins
This is probably the product that caught most of my attention when I looked into the box. It is easy to find, Shampoos and conditioners for hair restoring in the stores, but I haven’t seen many hair vitamins, or maybe it's just me not looking for them? But yes, these Vitamins contain Biotin, which is an important vitamin that contributes to healthy hair, skin and nails, Ginseng, which is known for increasing blood circulation and dilate blood vessels, both linked to decreased hair loss, and last Zinc, a key element that contributes to the formation of hormones and enzymes.
Collagenic Scalp Serum
This serum helps to support scalp health and preventing hair loss by repairing the keratin structure of the hair. We know that a healthy scalp means healthier hair. With DHT blocking and Hyaluronic Acid, this serum will target dryness, thinning and sensitivity. As recommended, I have applied it twice a week before bed, you don’t need to rinse it and it doesn’t have a scent you won’t notice when you are in bed.
Restoring Shampoo
This shampoo has been formulated to improve hair diameter, strength and vitality, with ingredients such as Biotin, Aloe Vera or Propacil (This is a new ingredient I have discovered). Propacil is known to stop the 5-alpha enzyme which is responsible for the production of DHT. It is recommended to leave the shampoo for five mins after applying and then rinse, a common error is applying the shampoo and rinse it straight away.
I have been using the products for a month now, and my hair looks healthy and strong, as mentioned I haven’t suffered from hair loss yet, but it is never too early to start taking care of it.
