January Review Part 2

15 days after I started my January resolution, here are my first thoughts about the products that I have tried, I am totally honest with this review and I hope you appreciate it.

Let’s put in the situation, I have been doing cardio on an off during the last 14 days.

First product,

14 days NUTRIBUDDY Breakfast Shake,

The first impression of this products was great, it comes in a glass jug, well packed and with a nice shaker. The first day that I tried it, I was impressed with the blend as it mixed well, however the taste is not as strong as I expected, I selected the chocolate brownie flavor and it tastes slightly chocolatey which usually happened to me before with other proteins blends with the same flavour, but I expected chocolate brownie. As I said it mixes well you do not need to shake it for hours and even trying it with water or milk, it works well. In the shake mixture you will find the traces of coconut, I am not a big fan of coconut and I didn’t know that it was coming with this, however, it does not add a strong coconut flavour.

Overall, my rating for this is a 7 out of 10, as a shake to have for breakfast is ok, however I would add it to my normal breakfast, and I would choose the 28 days supply as I think I need more time to see the results.

Second product,

FIT BODY CARE PEC AND AB CREAM,

First impressions were good, the packaging is nice. I have been using it for 15 days but I haven’t seen much change in my pecs or abs (I have been eating out a lot) hehe, but I think this is not a short-term product, I will keep using it until the bottle is finished as I like how my skin looks, it is smooth and has a minty scent that I appreciate after working out and have a shower. I would recommend you buy it if you are going to work out as a supplement but as I said in the other post, this is not a magic product, it will help you to support you after your workout.

Overall, I rate this product 8 out of 10 as I like the smell and how my skin looks after using it, but I will tell you on my Instagram more about it when I finish the bottle.

Third product,

Caffeine and L-Theanine from Focus Supplements,

this product wasn’t on my initial post as it arrived later, but I have been using it, and I’m going to explain my impressions of it.

This product combines both, Caffeine and L-Theanine which will give you the boost of the caffeine to keep you focused and attentive and at the same time the L-Theanine will calm you as it contains amino acids and green tea. It is a good supplement to have for focus and productivity if you are not a coffee person.

It comes in a tub with 120 vegetarian capsules composed of 250mg of L-Theanine and 100mg of Caffeine, you only need to take one a day, recommended with food so it will last you 4 months. I take it after lunch to keep me awake and focus at work in the most difficult hours. Check more about the review here.
